Mysuru: Carmel Catholic Association (CCA) in association with Mysore Chess Center will be conducting 3rd edition of CCA Pazzo Open, Inter-school Chess Tournament, on Sept.6 (Sunday) at St. Joseph’s Central School, Yelwal.

The tournament will be conducted in three categories — Class 1-4, Class 5-7 and Class 8-10.  More than 1000 students from 130 schools are expected to participate. The tournament will commence at 8.30 am and prize distribution will be held at 6.30 pm on the same day. Trophies will awarded to Top 50 players in each categories. Attractive backpacks will be presented to the top 15 players across all categories and special trophy will be presented to school with highest number of participants.
