Mysuru: Columbia Asia Hospital, Mysuru, in association with Cardiological Society of India (CSI), Mysuru Chapter, conducted an Inter-School Health Quiz for the students of Class 8 and 9 in the city as part of the “Women’s Heart Day” celebration.

The objective of the quiz was to educate young minds about the symptoms of heart diseases and sensitise them about the women’s heart disease and the need to take care of one’s heart by leading healthy lifestyle.

In all, 13 schools participated in the inter-school quiz competition with 44 teams and 88 participants. The audience included enthusiastic parents, teachers and students. The competition also had an audience round and prelims before the selection of 6 finalists for the stage round.

Dhyan and Suhas from Sadvidya School emerged as the winners followed by Likitha and Ishani from St. Joseph’s School, Yelwal, who emerged as the Runner-Up for the quiz competition.
