Interaction with organic farmers

The Belavala Farm, Belagola, KRS Road, Srirangapatna taluk will be hosting an interaction met with two highly successful organic farmers of the State at its farm at 10 am on Feb.17 (Sunday). Suresh Desai, a successful organic farmer of Bedakihal village in Belgaum district and Malleshappa of Hiregunjal village, Kundgol taluk, Dharwad district will interact with the participants. While Suresh Desai is a ‘Krishi Pandit’ awardee, Malleshappa has been a model farmer who is self dependent on seeds, fertilizers and others agricultural inputs. The participation fee is Rs.250.
