International Day of Non-Violence

Centre for Gandhian Studies, Gandhi Bhavan, Manasagangothri, has organised a programme at Gandhi Bhavan to mark the International Day of Non-Violence as part of the 152nd Gandhi Jayanti, on Oct. 2 at 10.30 am. Gandhian H.N. Channabasappa will inaugurate the event. Mysore University VC Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar will preside. Retd. Professor and cultural thinker Prof. C. Naganna will be the chief guest. University of Mysore (UoM) Registrar Prof. R. Shivappa and Gandhi Bhavan Director Prof. M.S. Shekar will be present, according to a release.
