Prof. Latha Mysore, Asst. Professor of Maharani’s Arts College, inaugurated the International Women’s Day celebrations at Supreme Public School in Kanakadasanagar recently. KSOU Economics Department Head Dr. R.H. Pavithra was the chief guest. School Secretary K.P. Manjula Ravindraswamy presided. School President Dr. Ravindraswamy Dodmane and School Academic Division Head Sicily and School Principal Jagadish were present.

Teacher Roopa welcomed the gathering. Teacher D.L. Yamuna compered the programme. Teacher Shruthi proposed a vote of thanks.

On the occasion, children performed Paada Puja to their mother.

The School had organised various competitions for mothers of the children present on the occasion. Also, prizes were distributed to the winners of Musical Chair, Bomb-in-the-Circle and Cooking Contests.
