Is Rajivnagar, a place to burn waste and garbage?

October 16, 2018

Industrial and household garbage are being dumped in Rajivnagar 3rd stage (Devanur 3rd Stage) and set on fire indiscriminately thus chocking the entire area with thick smoke. Is this the way to keep the city clean? Toxic smoke is emanating from the burning garbage heap which is sure to cause respiratory problems in future if this is not stopped immediately. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps and put an end to this ‘burning problem.’
