Mysore/Mysuru: The Mysore Chapter of the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) held its Installation Ceremony for 2026-27 at a hotel in city recently.

Er. Rehman Sheriff was installed as President of ISHRAE Mysore Chapter for 2026-27, along with Dr. G.D. Chethana as President-Elect, Er. C. Dinesh as Secretary and Er. Soham Babu as Treasurer.

Outgoing President Er. K.B. Bhaskar handed over charge to the new team.

Er. S. Elangovan, Regional Director South-1, ISHRAE HQ, Er. T. Nagaraja, Skill Development, ISHRAE HQ, was the chief guest. Er. R. Arun, President, ISHRAE Bangalore Chapter, was the guest of honour.

In his address, the new President emphasised the Chapter’s focus on student activities, technical seminars and promoting sustainable HVAC&R practices in the region. The ceremony was attended by members from industry, academia and students.
