ISL 2020-21: ATKMB beat Odisha 4-1

Goals from Manvir Singh and Roy Krishna secured a 4-1 victory for ATK Mohun Bagan (ATKMB) over Odisha FC in Match 84 of Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2020-21 at the GMC Stadium in Bambolim yesterday.

The Mariners scored thrice in the second half after Cole Alexander cancelled out Manvir’s opener in the first half.

Playing on the right flank for the Mariners, Manvir was a constant threat for the Odisha defenders. The forward scored the opening goal with a beautifully placed finish, before powering a shot into the net in the second half to make it 2-1 in the Mariners’ favour. He indeed had a scintillating game and showed why national coach Igor Stimac rates him so highly.
