Mysuru: Prof. V. Jagannatha, retired Scientist of ISRO from Mysuru, has been elected unopposed to the Executive Council of Indian Social Science Academy (ISSA).

Earlier, Prof.  Jagannatha, a Life Fellow of ISSA, served as Chairman – Engineering Science division, at 40th Indian  Science Congress, University of Mysore in 2016 and as Convenor of Task Force Committee at 42nd ISSC in KIITS, Bhubaneswar in 2018.

The Indian Academy of Social Sciences seeks to build science of Nature-Humans-Society in Indian conditions.
