ITF World Tour Jakarta Men’s Tennis: Prajwal-Niki Poonacha duo goes down in semis

Mysuru lad S.D. Prajwal Dev, teaming up with State-mate Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha and taking part in the Indonesia-M15 Jakarta ITF World Tennis Tour Tennis $15,000 Tournament for Men, lost in the Men’s Doubles semi-finals on Friday.

In the Men’s Doubles semi-finals, third seeds Luca Castel Nurvo (Sui) and Rhett Purcell (NZ) beat second seeded Prajwal and Niki 6-0, 0-6 (10-6) to move into the title round.

Prajwal and Niki will also be taking part in the M15 Jakarta ATP $15,000 Men’s Tennis Tournament which will be held from Aug.12 to 18 at Jakarta.
