Jain youths feed sweet dish to cows at Pinjrapole Society

Mysore/Mysuru: On the occasion of Bhagwan Mahaveer Jayanti today, city’s Sri Sthankvasi Jain Yuva Sanghtan members fed the cows housed at Pinjrapole Society at the foot of Chamundi Hill, with 2,620 kgs of ‘lapsi’ (sweet dish made of whole wheat and jaggery).

Society President Sumati Pagariya, Vice-President Kiran Patwa and Secretary Vinod Khabiya, who spoke on the occasion, appreciated the noble  gesture of Sanghtan members towards Pinjrapole and also requested them to help the Society in whatever ways possible in future too.

Sanghtan Past President Rajan Baghmar, President Manohar Sankhala, Joint Secretary Sunil Patwa, Treasurer Kiran Salecha, along with Committee Members Nitesh Bhandari, Dinesh Hingad, Dinesh Pipada, Yeswanth Mutha, Pramod Chopra, Suresh Salecha, Anand Patwa, Mahaveer Dhoka, Jamboo Lodha, Gotam Patwa, Deepak Kanted, Rakesh Mehta, Raj Gugliya, Vishal Gugliya and Akash Bhandari, were present. Project Director Vikas Darla proposed a vote of thanks.

Helping Hands Organisation President Mahaveer Khabiya with members Prakash Gandhi, Suresh Bohra, Pawan Sancheti, Sunil Lunawat and Adesh Lodha were also present.
