Rajya Sabha MP Jairam Ramesh will be in city on a two-day visit from this afternoon. He will deliver a talk on “Jayachamaraja Wadiyar and the Indian Board of Wildlife” at Senate Bhavan in Manasagangothri today at 3 pm under the aegis of HH Sri Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar Foundation and Mysore Palace. Tomorrow at 11 am, Mysore Literary Association has organised a programme to launch the book ‘A Chequered Brilliance: The Many Lives of V.K. Krishna Menon’ authored by Jairam Ramesh, at Rotary West auditorium in Saraswathipuram. Retired diplomat Ravi Joshi will be in conversation with the author after the book launch.
