Janab Alhaj Syed Yusuff (88), former football goalkeeper of Southern Railways, passed away last evening at his residence in Udayagiri here.

He leaves behind his wife, six sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Namaz-e-Janaza was held after Namaz-e-Zohar at 1.30 pm today at Masjid-e-Quba in Udayagiri followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Ground near Tipu Circle.
