Mysore/Mysuru: The State-level Janatha Darshan scheduled to take place on Sept. 30, that was restricted to Bengaluru till now, was extended to district headquarters throughout the State from today. District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa conducted the first District-level Janatha Darshan at the ZP Hall here this morning.

Janatha Darshan, which will be held every month from now on with the theme ‘Local issues, instant solutions,’ is aimed at positive public participation to find quick solutions to their problems.

Today’s District-level Janatha Darshan was simultaneously launched in all the districts of the State, with the respective District in-Charge Ministers taking part. After today’s District-level Janatha Darshan, a similar meeting will be held at taluk-level every 15 days, which will be presided by the Deputy Commissioner.
