Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational Golf Tourney: Bengaluru’s Chikkarangappa triumphs

Chikkarangappa of Bengaluru and Karandeep Kochhar tied with a four-day card of 12-under-276, but Chikkarangappa won the play-off and clinched the title in the Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational Golf Tourney played at the Chandigarh Golf Course in Chandigarh from Nov.1 to 4.

Mysuru lad and rookie M.S. Yashas Chandra finished a creditable fifth with a four-day card of 8-under-280 (73+67+72+68).

Jyothi Randhawa 278 (69+68+71+70) and M. Dharma 279 (72+67+73+67) finished third and fourth respectively.

The winner took home a cash prize of Rs.24,24,750. Yashas Chandra, playing on the professional tour for the first year, finished a creditable fifth and earned a cash prize of Rs.6,09,750 for his performance.
