JSS AHER signs MoU with NASSCOM

Mysore/Mysuru: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSS AHER), Mysuru and National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) – Centre of Excellence for Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), a Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology initiative supported by Government of Karnataka, Haryana, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh based at Gurugram recently, in order to carry out research and develop startups in the area of digital healthcare.

Objective of the MoU is to jointly organise and promote events, thought leadership programmes and awareness activities in the area of digital healthcare, participation in Healthcare Innovation Challenge, Mentoring and Participation of startups incubated/ supported by JSS AHER to develop different healthcare related solutions.

The collaboration also aims to develop a centre in digital healthcare which would be a Platform for the best minds from industry, academia, start-ups and Government to drive a culture of co-creation & research to find solutions for complex business problems and to highlight India’s innovation quotient and workforce development.

JSS AHER has embarked on a journey of merging technology, academics and clinical services for enhanced learning and patient care in line with the Government of India’s vision of promoting digital health across the country. With this collaboration, JSS AHER aims to be a pioneer and leader in the digital health providing access to healthcare for all.
