Mysuru: Dr. Nikhil Sundaresh, Post-Graduate student in the Department of Medicine, JSS Medical College and Hospital, Mysuru, has won the first prize in poster presentation in the American College of Physicians (ACP), India Chapter Congress – Medicine 2017 conference held in New Delhi recently.

The title of the poster presentation was “Study of correlation between epicardial fat thickness and severity of coronary artery disease.’’

The co-authors of this study included Dr. M. Suresh Babu, Professor of Medicine, Dr. Sunil Kumar, Professor of Cardiology and Dr. Nagaraj Desai, Professor of Cardiology, JSS Medical College and Hospital.  Medical students from different Medical colleges of the country participated in the poster contest.
