The 6th Convocation of JSS Science and Technology University (JSS STU) will be held at its premises on Feb. 24 at 3.30 pm.  In all, 1,060 BE, 47 BCA, 123 M.Tech, 117 MCA, 51 M.Sc, 256 MBA and 9 Ph.D candidates will receive degree certificates. Also, 63 Medals will be awarded to students, out of which 32 Medals are for those who have scored highest marks in their respective branches and 31 Endowment Medals.

Degree and Medals for achievers of all branches will be given by Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji, who is also the Chancellor of JSS STU. Prof. T.G. Sitharam, Chairman, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), will deliver the Convocation Address.

Dr. C.G. Betsurmath, Executive Secretary, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, will administer oath for degree holders. Dr. B. Suresh, Director, Technical Education Division; Dr. A.N. Santosh Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, JSS STU; Dr. S.A. Dhanaraj, Registrar, JSS STU, Dr. P. Nanjundaswamy, Controller of Examinations, JSS STU and others will be present.
