K-CET: Ban orders around exam centres

The Karnataka-Common Entrance Test (K-CET) will be conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) tomorrow (Oct. 11) at 38 centres across Mysuru city.  Strict security arrangements are in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the exam and to avoid untoward incident within the jurisdiction of examination centres.

Prohibitory orders under BNS Section 163 has been enforced within 200 mts radius around the examination centres. Unauthorised persons are strictly prohibited and all the photocopy/ browsing centres are ordered to remain closed during the exams, according to a press release from the City Police Commissioner.
