K.R. Pet: The Mini Vidhana Soudha at K.R. Pet has been sealed down for two days (July 30 and 31) after a ‘D’ Group employee tested positive for COVID-19 (Coronavirus) yesterday, according to the press release from Tahsildar M. Shivamurthy, who has requested the public to co-operate.

The Tahsildar has further stated in the press release that the Group ‘D’ employee had been working relentlessly since four months to prevent the spread of the deadly virus and had undergone COVID test. The result of the test was declared yesterday and as he has tested positive, the Mini Vidhana Soudha is sealed down completely today and tomorrow.

The Tahsildar has requested farmers and public not to come to the Mini Vidhana Soudha, where taluk offices are located. He has also urged the public to compulsorily wear face masks, maintain social distancing and avoid venturing out of houses unnecessarily to prevent the spread of the virus.
