K. Suresh (78), retired Syndicate Bank employee and a resident of KHB Colony, passed away yesterday at                 the town.

He leaves behind sons Satish Kumar, a journalist and Nanjangud City Municipal Council Member Yogesh, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at the family’s farm land at Nerale village this afternoon, according to family sources
