Kadakola housing beneficiaries

The Kadakola Town Panchayat Office has invited applications from people residing in the Panchayat limits to construct houses under Vajpayee Urban Housing Scheme. A total of 38 houses will be built under the Scheme for general category (33 houses) and Minority community (5 houses) while a total of 12 houses will be built under the Scheme for SC (9 houses) and ST (3 houses) communities.

Applicants should have not received any benefits under any other Government Scheme. The annual income of the family of the applicants must not exceed Rs. 2 lakh. After constructing the houses under the Scheme, the beneficiaries must not sell the property for the next 15 years. Applications must be submitted along with copies of caste certificate, income certificate and other necessary documents before 5.30 pm on Dec. 30. For details, visit Kadakola Town Panchayat Office.
