Kaginele Mutt Seer to lay foundation stone for new building tomorrow

Former CM Siddharamaiah to inaugurate Samudaya Bhavan

Mysuru: Kaginele Mutt Seer Sri Niranjananandapuri Swamiji will lay the foundation stone for a five-storey new building to come up at Kaginele Mysuru Shakha Mutt in Siddarthanagar, tomorrow (Feb.8) at 9 am while former CM Siddharamaiah will inaugurate a Samudaya Bhavan in the Mutt premises at 5 pm the same day.

Announcing this at a press meet at the Shakha Mutt premises on Vinaya Marga, Siddarthanagar here recently, Kaginele Mysuru Shakha Mutt Seer Sri Shivanandapuri Swamiji said that Sri Niranjananandapuri Swamiji will arrive at 6 pm on Feb.7 and will be taken in a grand procession in a silver chariot from Kollapuradamma Temple on N.S. Road to the Mutt.

Highlighting the features of the five-storey building that is going to come up, he said that the building will house the Swamiji’s residence and will have a Dasoha Bhavan, a student hostel and a skill training centre.

He further said that former Chief Minister Siddharamaiah will inaugurate the Samudaya Bhavan in the Mutt premises, built at a cost of Rs.3.5 crore at 5 pm on Feb.8.

The Samudaya Bhavan has 12 rooms that cater to the needs of people conducting functions and ceremonies he added.

On the occasion, mass marriage of 108 couples will be held,  he said.

Karnataka Pradesh Kumbara Sangha office-bearers Subramanya and M. Mahadevegowda, KPCC Member Shivanna, Mysuru APMC President Prabhuswamy, Mysuru Taluk Kumbara Sangha President Basavaraju and others were present during the press meet.
