Mysore/Mysuru: The Vidyavardhaka First Grade College, located on Seshadri Iyer Road in city, will be holding ‘Kala Sambhrama-2025’, a State-level Cultural Fest at its premises at 10 am tomorrow.

The event features a State- level debate contest and folk songs rendition competition.

The topic of the debate is ‘The media has become a political glove, rather than being the Fourth Pillar of Democracy’, which will be held at 11 am after the inauguration of the event.

Two students from a College can take part, with one debating for and the other against.

The folk songs competitions will also take place simultaneously at the College.

There will be three prizes — First prize (Rs. 6,000), second prize (Rs. 4,000) and third prize (Rs. 2,000).

There will be spot registration too at the venue from 8 am to  10 am tomorrow.
