‘Kala Sambhrama’, a State-level Inter-collegiate art festival, will be held at Vidyavardhaka First Grade College, Sheshadri Iyer Road in the heart of the city on Aug. 29. The event will feature a debate on the topic ‘Free guarantee schemes are detrimental to long term economical interests of the State’ and a folklore singing contest. MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar will inaugurate ‘Kala Sambhrama’ in the presence of Additional DC R. Aishwarya and other guests.
