Mysuru: As part of the ongoing District-level Handloom Fair at JSS Mysuru Urban Haat in Hebbal, a special classical dance programme titled ‘Kala Utsava’ will be presented at the Expo premises tomorrow (Aug. 9) at 6 pm.

The programme will feature a vibrant presentation by the talented disciples of Vidushi Sreelakshmi Kumar, Director of Sri Uma Maheshwara Nruthya Kala Kshetra Trust, Mysuru.

The dancers will showcase the beauty and richness of Indian classical dance through graceful movements, rhythmic patterns and expressive abhinaya.

Sri Uma Maheshwara Nruthya Kala Kshetra Trust, which has completed 75 years of dedicated service to the field of dance, continues its mission of nurturing young artistes and promoting Indian classical dance and culture.
