Mysore/Mysuru: Kumar Performing Arts Centre (KPAC), Mysuru, has organised 1st anniversary celebrations of Nirantara Kalemane Utsava at #262, 1st Cross, M.G. Koppal, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, behind Government PU College, near Abhishek Circle, on Sept. 10 and 11 at 4 pm.

Sept. 10: Dr. Hemamalini Lakshman, former Mrs. India Universe and Rtn. Rachana Nagesh, President, Rotary Club Panchsheel Mysuru, will be the chief guests.

Bharatanatyam trio performance by father and daughters — Dr. K. Kumar, Vidu. K.M. Lekha and Vidu. K.M.  Nidhi of KPAC.

Kalemane Annual Award presentation to Gurus in the field of Bharatanatyam followed by performances by Gurus and their disciples — Dr. K. Sivaloganathan, Assistant Professor, Annamalai University and Secretary, Karur Natyanjali, Karur; Guru. Vidu. Bharatanatyam recitals by Guru Vid. Udayakumar and troupe, Bengaluru; disciples of Guru Vid. J.B. Saravanan Pillai, Shree Shakthi Arts (Temple of Dance School), Bengaluru; disciples of Vidu. K.S. Shyla, Mandya; disciples of Guru Vid. Chethan Gangatkar and Guru Vidu. Chandraprabha Chethan, Natya Ninada Nrityalaya, Bengaluru; disciples of Guru Dr. Kripa Phadke, Director, Nrityagiri, Mysuru and Bharatanatyam recital by Acharya Badari Divya Bhushan, Artistic Director, Bhushans’ Academy of Performing Arts and Visual Presentation, Mysuru and Bengaluru and his disciples.
