Mysore/Mysuru: The District Administration and Kannada & Culture Department have organised Dasa Shreshta-Santa Kavi Sri Kanakadasa Jayanti celebrations at Kalamandira on Hunsur Road in city on Nov. 30 at 11 am.

Sri Kaginele Kanaka Gurupeetha’s Sri Shivanandapuri Swamiji and Urilingapeddi Mutt’s Sri Jnanaprakash Swamiji will grace the occasion.

District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will inaugurate the celebrations in the presence of Chief Minister Siddharamaiah and others. Animal Husbandry Minister K. Venkatesh will be the guest of honour.

City scholar Dr. Kabbinale Vasanth Bharadwaj will be the main speaker.
