Kannada actor ‘Michael’ Madhu passes away

Bengaluru: Sandalwood actor ‘Michael’ Madhu, known for his comedy roles, passed away at KIMS Hospital in Bengaluru last evening. He was  51.

He is survived by his wife and two daughters. According to reports, Madhu was taken to KIMS Hospital after he collapsed at his home yesterday noon. 

Michael Madhu has acted in over 300 movies including ‘Shh,’ ‘OM,’ ‘Love Training’ among other movies in his career spanning over 15 years. He had earned the name ‘Michael’ for his ability of imitating legendary Michael Jackson dances.

Last rites at Banashankari Crematorium today, according to sources.
