Kannada Monodrama ‘Ile-Male’ by Dr. Kripa Phadke on Aug. 13, 14

Mysore/Mysuru: City-based Nrityagiri Performing Arts and Research Centre will present a Kannada Monodrama ‘Ile – Male’ to be enacted by Centre Director Dr. Kripa Phadke at Ganabharathi auditorium in Kuvempunagar on Aug. 13 and 14 to mark its  Silver Jubilee celebrations and also 75 years of Indian Independence.

There will be two shows each on both days. The first show will be at 6.30 pm and the second is scheduled at 7.30 pm.

The show is directed by Na. Srinivas and scripted by Prof. M.S. Venugopal. The music composition of the play is directed by Prabhurao with Mruthyunjaya Hiremath and Ramesh Dhanur on tabla.

Special musical effects on Didgeridoo (a wind instrument) by Megha. Lighting effects are composed by Geetanjali Achar while the Stage designs are by H.K. Vishwanath.
