Karnatak Classical Vocal Concert at Suruchi Rangamane tomorrow

Mysore/Mysuru: Kalasuruchi has organised a Karnatak Classical Vocal Concert by Ashwini Kolikkaje at Suruchi Rangamane, #476, Chitrabhanu Road, Kuvempunagar, on Mar. 26 at 7 pm.

She will be accompanied by Keshav Mohan Kumar on violin, Nandan Kashyap on mridanga and Shamith S. Gowda on ghata.

Ashwini Kolikkaje is studying M. Music Final year in University College of Fine Arts, University of Mysore.

She started learning Karnatak Classical Music under the guidance of her parents, Bala-subramanya Bhat & Shubha B.S. Bhat, at the age of 5. Later she started learning under Vidu. Koviladi R. Kala from past 5 years. She has won the title of Shankara Super Singer Season-3. She has participated in many competitions and also got selected for the national levels. She has given many concerts in Mysuru and Kasaragod, Kerala. She has got 6 gold medals in Bachelor of Performing Arts from University of Mysore.
