Mysuru:  Ganabharathi, Mysuru, has organised a Karnatak Vocal Concert by  Vid. Pattabhirama Pandit tomorrow (June 13) at 6 pm at Veene Seshanna Bhavana on Adichhunagiri Road in Kuvempunagar. He will be accompanied by Vidu. Charulatha Ramanujam on violin, Vid. Bengaluru V. Praveen on mridanga and Vid. G.S. Ramanujam on ghata.

Vid. Pattabhirama Pandit, who hails from a family of musicians from both sides, is a traditional Karnatak musician from Bengaluru. Trained under the extraordinary maestro K.V. Narayana Swamy, he is described as the “Gentle Perfect Knight” of Karnatak music.
