Karnataka State Tribals meet President during Delhi visit

Mysore/Mysuru:  About 21 members of Karnataka State Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG-Koraga and Jenukuruba Tribes) including women were on a three-day Delhi Darshan (tour) programme sponsored by Karnataka State Tribals Research Institute (KSTRI), Mysuru. During their stay in the national capital they met President of India Droupadi Murmu. The delegation of representatives led by KSTRI Director Dr. L.Srinivasa and Deputy Director B.S.Prabha, left for Delhi on June 10, successfully participated in the Delhi Darshan  Programme and returned to Mysuru, on June 14, says a press release the Tribal Institute.
