Karuhatty Singrachar

Karuhatty Singrachar (K.S. Chari), a resident of Kuvempunagar, passed away on Jan. 11 in city. He was 89.

He was one of the Founder-Members of Mysore Tennis Club, Committee Member of Sri Lakshminarasimha Temple on Kalidasa Road and an active Member of Rotary Club of Mysore West. An ardent follower of Cricket, he was a patron of The Mysore Gymkhana (TMG) Cricket Club.

He leaves behind his wife Shalini Chari, children Anil Sriram Karuhatty and Ashwin Srinarayan Karuhatty, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed on Jan. 12.
