“Kathyayini and Other Stories” (“Kathyayini mathu Itara Kathegalu”), a collection of short stories penned by city’s Advocate, Notary Public and Writer K.V. Vasu, will be released  under the joint auspices of District Kannada Sahitya Parishat and Himalaya Foundation  on Dec.24 at 11 am at Parishat’s Kannada Bhavan in Vijayanagar 1st Stage here.

Dr. S.P. Yoganna, noted Medical  Writer and Founder-Chairman of Suyog Hospital, will inaugurate the function to be chaired by Parishat President Maddikere Gopal. Social activist Dr. Raghuram K. Vajapayee will release the book. Scholar Dr. K. Leela Prakash will speak about the book. Parishat’s ex-President M. Chandrashekar will deliver the keynote address.
