Kaveri Express arrival announcement delayed

April 28, 2026

Sir,

I am a regular passenger of Kaveri Express (Train No.16022) originating from Ashokapuram Railway Station to Chennai.

Though it is a daily train, there is no regular platform at Mysuru City Station. It is also announced just 5 to 10 minutes before its arrival.

This causes more inconvenience to the elders and also those having heavy luggage as all of them start using the elevator/lift/steps at a time.

This is avoidable if the Railway officials plan it in a passenger-friendly manner.
