‘Kayakalpa Award’ presented to 67 Health Centres

Mysuru:  In a notable event, 67 Health Centres from Mysuru District were recognised with the prestigious ‘Kayakalpa Award’ and appreciation certificates at a ceremony held recently at the Mysuru Zilla Panchayat auditorium.

The awards for the period 2022-23 were presented by Deputy Commissioner G. Lakshmikanth Reddy.

Following the awards ceremony, the DC chaired the second-quarter progress review meeting for District-level Medical Officers managing the National Health Programmes for 2024-25 period.  He emphasised the need for strict adherence to guidelines to achieve 100 percent physical and financial progress in the programme’s implementation.

Zilla Panchayat CEO K.M. Gayathri, District Health and Family Welfare Officer Dr. P.C. Kumaraswamy and other officials were present at the event.
