KhyrunnissaSaheba (82), wife of late Khader Abdul Rasheed of Gargeshwari, passed away yesterday in Mysuru at her son-in-law Advocate Syed Shafi Ahmed’s residence in Kuvempunagar.

Later the body was shifted to her native Gargeshwari.

She is survived by one son,  two daughters — Almas Banu, Notary & Advocate and SabihaBanu, former Kannada News Reader, Doordarshan, Bengaluru — and a host of friends and relatives. Namaz-e-Janaza was offered today at Jamia Masjid, Gargeshwari, followed by burial at Muslim Burial Groundsin Gargeshwari.
