KR MLA takes out padayatra

February 17, 2025

Mysuru: KR MLA T.S. Srivatsa went on a padayatra at Sandikeri, part of Ward No. 52 in city and listened to the problems faced by the local residents.

The businessmen complained to the MLA that the UGD line, which was laid  30-40 years ago, is damaged and appealed the MLA to provide a new UGD line.  They also briefed him the problems they are facing because of a filled up box drain on the main road.

The MLA called on the MCC Commissioner to take note of the problems and also contacted Zonal Office Commissioner Manjunath Reddy to prepare the estimate of the work to be done and submit to the MCC Commissioner.

Some others complained to the MLA that parking cars and two-wheelers on both sides of the narrow main road has become a menace to the locals. The MLA assured them that he will discuss the issue with the Traffic DCP and provide a solution.
