Mysuru: The Mysuru Urban Development (MUDA) has organised cultural programmes on the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami on Aug. 14 at Kalamandira from 11 am. MUDA Chairman D. Dhruvakumar in a press release has urged parents to bring their children (below 12 years) dressed as Lord Krishna, Radha and Yashoda to the venue.

Meanwhile, Yashu Children Academy has organised drawing, handwriting, fancy dress and patriotic song competitions on the occasion of Independence Day and Krishna Janmashtami celebrations on Aug. 20 at 10.30 am at the  Yashu Children Academy, No. 534, Cheluvamba Agrahara, K.R.
