KRRS launches indefinite dharna against land grab

Mysuru: Accusing the Taluk Administration of being hand in glove with a person who had allegedly grabbed Government land in Kenchalagudi Survey No. 14 in the taluk, over 100 members of KRRS began an indefinite dharna in front of Mini Vidhana Soudha, Nazarbad in the city this morning. Strongly condemning the land grab, the protesters demanded fulfilment of their 6-point charter of demands which included cancellation of fake documents created to grab the land and action against all officials who extended help for grabbing the land, among others.
