KSCA Mysuru Zonal League: RBNCC ‘A’ gains first innings lead

RBNCC ‘A’ gained the vital first innings points in their drawn two-day KSCA Mysore Zone I Division league tie against Saraswathipuram SC, played at the PET Grounds in Mandya here recently.

The scores: I Division: Saraswathipuram SC 199 in 67.5 overs (Gowtham sagar 42, S. Ankith 39, M. Varun 30, Sai Shiv Narayan four for 47) & 152 for five in 45 overs (M.Varun 68, Gurudutt 48, K. Shashank three for 20) drew with RBNCC ‘A’ 281 in 73.5 overs (B. Dheemanth 57, Yogesh Gowda 39, K.B. Nandan 35, Munish Chengappa 35, M. Shreyas 27, S. Dhananjaya three for 57, R. Abhishek three for 50). RBNCC ‘A’- 3 points, Saraswathipuram SC-1 point.

II Division: Jaihind CC ‘A’ 193 in 49.2 overs (Arun 46, Ganesh 34) lost to Yuvaraja’s College 194 for two in 35.1 overs (B.R. Srinidhi Urs 87, Yogesh R. Gowda 55 n.o, Sachin Gautham R S 28).

Karavali Cricketers 164 in 34.1 overs (P.T. Poovaiah 32, Rahul V. Kashyap 30, Uttam Gowda three for 33) lost to Futures CC 165 for five in 43.4 overs (D. Amruth Raj 45, V. Uttam Gowda 33).

Star CC (Ch’ Nagar) 277 for eight in 50 overs (Muzamil Pasha 161 n.o, N. Naveen Kumar 38, Ramesh 35, Nikhil Srinivas three for 31) bt Bellur CC 147 for seven in 29 overs (Munim Mehdi 48, Deepak S. Gowda 34).

III Division: RBNCC ‘B’ 251 for eight in 50 overs (Nirmith N 89, Abhishek Jain 37, C. Purushotham 30 n.o., Rohit Sutar 27, G.D. Sudai Jain four for 33) lost to Mysore Underwriters 252 for one in 29.1 overs (Saud M. Iqbal 166, M. Siddaraju 76 n.o.).

Hebbal CC 202 in 44 overs (Harshith 75, Venu Prasad 50, Nijaguna six for 44) bt FACC 154 in 30.5 overs (Sanath 37, G.L. Raghunath 34, Arjun Prasad 5 for 35, Deepak 3 for 49).

IV Division: Nanjangud CC 116 in 29.3 overs (M.Prakash 33, B.V. Nirmal 27) lost to Rising Star CC 119 for five in 23.5 overs (Sai Swaroop 41 n.o, Jayanth Jain 30, Suhas Raj three for 51).
