KSOU gets AICTE permission to start MBA course

The New Delhi-based All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has granted permission to the city-based KSOU (Karnataka State Open University) for running MBA (Master of Business Administration) Post-Graduate course in General Administration under Open Distance-learning scheme. The AICTE has approved admission of 10,000 students for this distance education course.

Meanwhile, expressing happiness over the AICTE’s approval, KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. Vidyashankar said that there were 18 Open Universities functioning in the country and KSOU is the first among them to get approval from the AICTE for running the much in demand course.
