Kukkarahalli Lake Development: DC gives approval for Rs. 1.35 crore action plan

Mysuru: Deputy Commissioner D. Randeep gave his approval for additional action plan of Rs. 1.35 crore for the development of Kukkarahalli Lake here yesterday.

The University of Mysore has submitted the action plan before the DC  and Lake Development Authority.

The DC instructed the University to work on fixing of fences, strengthening of tank bed, development of island inside the lake, installation of signboards and construction of additional pathway. District Development Cell Asst. Executive Engineer Nagaraju, MCC Superintending Engineer Suresh Babu, Executive Engineer Yadav, MUDA Engineer Raju, University of Mysore Executive Engineer Kishore and others were present.
