Mysuru:  Hellbent on ensuring the party’s victory in Chamundeshwari Constituency, State JD(S) President and former CM H.D. Kumaraswamy launched his third round of campaign in the Constituency this morning.

The former CM, accompanied by the party candidate   and sitting MLA G.T.Devegowda, began his campaign from Jayadevanagar adjoining Metagalli, where he was welcomed with the bursting of crackers by scores of people, who had gathered to receive the JD(S) leader.

Kumaraswamy later visited Belavatha, K.R. Mill colony, Siddalingapura and other villages coming under the constituency through the day.

The Constituency has gained Statewide attention with Chief Minister Siddharamaiah contesting as the Congress candidate.
