Kuttanda Leela Chinappa (91), a resident of Polibetta in Kodagu, passed away last evening at Apollo BGS Hospital in city.

She leaves behind son Anjan Chinappa, daughter Mallika, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grand-children including Squash player Joshna Chinappa and a large numbers of relatives.

Last rites were performed at her native village this afternoon, according to a family sources.
