‘Lady of Luxury’ wins Mysore City Gold Cup

City Police Commissioner K.T. Balakrishna is seen presenting Mysore City Gold Cup to C.D. Monnappa, trainer of ‘Lady of Luxury’ which won the event in the 14th Day of Mysore Races held at Mysore Race Club (MRC) on Feb.20. The winning horse, owned by Nitin Himmatmal Jain and Jatin Laxmikant Trivedi, was ridden by Jockey Imran Chisty. Others seen are (from left) MRC Steward Dr. N. Nithyanand Rao, Chairman G. Venkatesh and Committee Member K.N. Suresh Kumar. Apart from Mysore City Gold Cup, Monnappa has won two other races.
