Laptop stolen from PG facility

Mysore/Mysuru: A laptop belonging to a techie has been stolen from her Paying Guest (PG) accommodation at Hebbal 1st Stage in city. The techie, who lost the laptop, is 24-year-old Roopak Kumar De, who is working as an Engineer at Infosys and was staying in Room No. 11 at SLV Boys PG in Hebbal 1st Stage.

On June 4, after completing his work in the night, he secured his laptop in the bag, placed it next to his bed and went to sleep. When he got up the next morning, he saw his laptop stolen.

A CCTV Camera installed in the PG has captured a man making away with his laptop following which, Roopak Kumar lodged a complaint with Hebbal Police on June 11.
