Lecture on World Class Universities

The Literary Criterion Centre, Dhvanyaloka, has organised a lecture on ‘Characteristics of World Class Universities’ at Dhvanyaloka in city on July 28 at 6 pm. Dr. J.A.K. Tareen, former Vice-Chancellor of Kashmir and Pondicherry Universities, will deliver the lecture.  Prof. S.N. Hegde, former Vice-Chancellor of University of Mysore, will preside over the programme.
