Mysore/Mysuru: Velukkudi Sri U.V. Ranganathan Swamy will be delivering a lecture series on Prativadi Bhayankarm Anna Swamy’s Sri Venkatesha Stotram at Andal Mandiram, Temple Road, V.V. Mohalla, from Aug. 29 to 31 between 6 pm and 8 pm.

Velukkudi Sri U.V. Ranganathan Swamy is a scholar of Traditional Indian Knowledge systems, including Nyaya Purva Mimamsa and Vishishtadvaita Vedantha. He is also a Computer Science Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Trichy.

Having given up his Software Engineer career from Microsoft Corporation in order to uphold Hinduism and its rich philosophy, he has been rendering his services as Upanyasaka delivering discourses in Tamil, English and Sanskrit on a variety of topics under the ambit of Sanatana Dharma including Itihasas, Puranas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Divyaprabandhams and Stotrams.

He has undergone rigorous training in the shastrams and is also well-versed in core texts of Sri Vaishnavism having received training from several learned scholars including his father Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swamy, a world renowned upanyasaka.
